Renee Gore
Assistant Program Manager

MA Licensed Riding Instructor

Renee grew up riding in a recreational program at a therapeutic riding facility beginning at age 7. Horses remained a constant passion throughout her life, as she rode recreationally through college and graduate school while earning her Master’s degree in Sports Medicine. During that time, Renee taught both adaptive and recreational riding lessons part-time, gaining early experience supporting riders of varying ages and abilities.

In 2019, Renee made the decision to leave her career in athletics and physical therapy to fully pursue her passion for equine-assisted riding within the nonprofit sector. Since then, she has been dedicated to fostering meaningful human–horse connections, facilitating healing, growth, and confidence for participants and their families. In 2025, Renee became certified in EFL Foundation 1, further strengthening her professional foundation in equine-facilitated learning. Her philosophy became very clear: help horses heal people, and help people heal horses. She believes that, like humans, all horses seek peace—and she feels deeply honored to be part of creating that space for equines, participants, and the communities we serve.

Renee found her way to BINA in Spring of 2026. With her extensive equine and adaptive riding experience, she is honored and excited to support BINA’s mission of healing, connection, and achievement for all participants and families involved in the program.
