Agriculture Program

We are pleased to introduce the BINA Farm Agriculture Program, a new initiative that integrates sustainable farming practices with inclusive community engagement. As part of BINA’s broader mission to bring people of all ages—both with and without disabilities—together through clinical, therapeutic, and recreational programs, this agriculture program will offer vocational opportunities, and hands-on agriculture experience.

In its first year, the program will focus on foundational development, including the construction of a three-bay composting system, handicap-accessible raised beds for a Sensory Garden, low-scale irrigation and seedling propagation system. The Sensory Garden will feature flowers, vegetables, and fruits, providing therapeutic and educational opportunities where participants and community members can engage in planting, harvesting, composting, and more.

There will be additional agricultural elements of our program which will be announced in the coming months.
