Gwen Field
Program Associate

Gwen's love of horses started when she was four, visiting her grandma in Michigan. When she moved from San Francisco to outside of Boston, she started taking lessons and showing, and hasn't stopped. She has spent the last five years with her horse Leni, pictured above, showing in the jumpers. Gwen began volunteering for BINA Farm Center while she was a student at the Dana Hall School in Wellesley, MA. After a four-year hiatus while at college, she is back at BINA as our program associate. Gwen recently graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with minors in Geography and Philosophy.

In her free time, Gwen is usually riding her horse. But if she is not at the barn, Gwen is either at home with her two corgis or outdoors. She likes to hike in the mountains, go on backpacking trips, paddle board on a nearby lake, and go rock climbing.
