FIELD TRIP POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
All Participants must submit a completed BINA Release at least two weeks sprior to the event. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any Participants under 18 without releases signed by a Parent/Guardian.
Closed toe shoes must be worn by all Participants.
Due to HIPAA and the services we provide, all phones and video devices need to be away during your visit. There is no photography or video allowed. Please note, some horses will spook from the flash and that can be very dangerous. If there are certain photos/videos you wish to capture, please speak to our Executive Director and they may be able to arrange one of our team members to capture something for you which ensures HIPAA and our herd are safe and respected and then we can send it to your organization.
Guests are not allowed to bring any other animals or dogs to the barn, with the exception of certified service animals in harness and must be arranged 1 week prior with our office.
No balloons/fire/flame/candles allowed on premise.
1 adult per every 4 children must accompany your group and remain on the premises chaperoning. For individuals who need more support, they must be accompanied by their aides. No chaperones needed for fully independent 18+ year-old individuals.
Guests are only permitted to approach horses with the supervision of BINA Staff
If bringing any food/beverages then the group leaders must provide all their own plates, napkins, utensils, cups, food, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, hand sanitizer for children, trash removal, etc. And this portion of the visit is NOT supervised by BINA Staff.
Group holds all responsibility for any items consumed.
Group must provide complete setup and clean up (removal of all items brought) for the snack area that is provided for them. This portion of the visit is NOT supervised by BINA Staff.
Payment is non-refundable and is required to reserve your date.
A 100% Credit is only provided if cancelled 30 days prior to event.
A 50% Credit is only provided if cancelled 20 days prior to event.
A 25% Credit is only provided if cancelled 15 days prior to event.
No Credit for cancellations less than 15 days prior to event
RELEASES AND WAIVER INFORMATION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
We will send the Group Organizer an email to circulate to all Parent/Guardians of Participants which will provide directions on how to fill out releases/waivers on our online portal.

Scroll down to the : I Need To Create A Username, and create that
After you have successfully created a username and added your portal information, you will receive an automated email with next steps and directions.
Please note, any Participants who do not complete the paperwork will not be able to participate in the program under any circumstance.
