Dara Bartolucci
Engagement Manager & Instructor

Dara began riding and showing horses in elementary school and never looked back. She went on to compete at the collegiate level as a member of the Post University IHSA riding team, where she majored in Equine Studies.

For over 20 years, Dara resided in Ellington, Connecticut, where she worked in Sales and operated a small farm filled with ducks, chickens, horses, ponies, minis, and many foster dogs along the way. It was there that she raised her two daughters, teaching them to ride and instilling a lifelong love of horses and animals. Both daughters competed extensively throughout their childhoods and went on to ride at the national level during college.

In 2023, Dara became a CHA Level 2 Certified Riding Instructor and accepted a position at SJ Riding Camp, where she taught riders from around the world. Prior to relocating, she also worked as a paraeducator supporting children with special needs in the public school system.

In the summer of 2025, Dara and her two dogs Jasper and Tessa-marie, relocated to Boston and is thrilled to have found her home at BINA Farm Center community. With her extensive equine background and dedication to inclusive education, Dara is excited to support riders of all abilities and contribute to BINA’s mission of connection, growth, and empowerment.
