Dan, also known as Dapper Dan, is a 2003 large pony gelding who joined the BINA family in 2024 and has since become a beloved member of our equine team.  Prior to coming to BINA, Dan had an extensive career in the hunter/jumpers, competing at shows throughout New England.  Today, his patient and dependable nature makes him a wonderful partner across BINA’s Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT) programs, where he helps participants build skills, confidence, and independence.  With his exceptionally kind and gentle disposition, Dan loves attention from children and adults alike and is always happy to be pampered and doted on.  When he’s not participating in programming, Dan can be found in his paddock alongside his best friend, Angel.  The two are rarely far apart and have formed a very special friendship.
