Christina Casal, CIC

Christina Casal is an award‑winning sales leader with more than two decades of experience driving strategic growth, strengthening partnerships, and coaching high‑performing teams across the insurance industry. She has held senior leadership roles at Safeco, The Hartford, CNA, and Liberty Mutual, where she built a reputation for elevating organizations through relationship‑driven leadership and a collaborative, empowering approach. Christina believes that a great leader is a coach, a facilitator of talent, and an advisor who helps others rise.

Born and raised in Miami, Christina graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Marketing and Finance. Horses have been a lifelong source of grounding and joy for her — from riding her childhood pony as a self‑taught western rider to trail riding with friends, to deepening her horsemanship skills through equine‑assisted therapy over the past four years. Today, she and her husband, Dr. Jorge Casal, are active in the horse racing community and spend much of their time at tracks across the country. They split their time between Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and Saratoga Springs, New York, where they enjoy life with their cat, George.

Christina began volunteering at BINA Farm Center in November 2024 after a friend recognized how naturally the mission aligned with her heart. She has supported the farm wherever needed — mucking stalls, sidewalking in lessons, leading horses, and helping ensure riders feel safe, supported, and celebrated. As someone with dyslexia and ADHD, Christina remembers what it felt like as a child to feel different or misunderstood. That experience fuels her passion for helping people of all ages feel included, valued, and confident.

She is deeply excited about BINA’s future in Sudbury and the opportunity to expand programs that foster belonging, empowerment, and connection. As a Board Member, Christina is honored to help advance a mission that mirrors her own values: creating a community where individuals of all abilities can thrive through the healing power of horses and the strength of human connection.
